Originally a challenge from one our supply partners James Hardie to design and build a home that has a small footprint enabling it to be built on a smaller block yet still giving its occupants space both in and out. This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two living areas yet has a building footprint of just 10.8m x 7.2m.
